Grapevine-Colleyville Chooses Spectrum to Construct New Custom Video Scoreboard

December 2007. Grapevine-Colleyville ISD has chosen Spectrum Corporation to provide and install a new Video Scoreboard at their Mustang-Panther Stadium. GCISD formed a committee to
review proposals and research product information from all of the major scoreboard suppliers. To ensure an educated decision was made, the committee was formed using personnel from
several key departments: Athletics, Facilities and Maintenance, Technology, Business Office and Administration were all represented. Proposals were submitted to the committee by all the major companies. Over a six month period, the proposals were reviewed, presentations were performed, product data, specific features, and the companies were researched. Finally, on-site
visits were held so that actual video scoreboard installations from the various companies could be evaluated during actual use. After six months of product research, GCISD determined that the
best product and the best value for the district was Spectrum Corporation.
